Nick Kitchen Named Runner-Up In Singing News Songwriters Contest

Gracemen tenor singer/songwriter, Nick Kitchen, was named official runner-up in the 2008 Singing News Songwriters Contest with the original song titled, "What Will It Take?"

The Singing News sponsored the event, and entries were accepted from thousands of writers across the United States. Kitchen will receive a publishing contract from New Haven Records for the song, as well as paid entrance and participation in the 2008 National Quartet Convention, held in Louisville, KY this September.

The award winning song will also be featured on an upcoming Gracemen release, slated for late-2008 or early 2009 release.
